Almond Milk + Chia Seed + Low Sugar Yogurt + Apple

This Breakfast provides you with Great nutrition , low calorie, high fiber, low carbs and low cholesterol.

In short, the nutrition mainly includes high protein, calcium, manganese, magnesium phosphorus, low fat, omega 3, zinc, vitamin (B1, B2, B3, E, C, D), potassium

These nutrition is good for your bond building, anti-aging, digestive system, lower your risk to suffer stoke, heart disease and even cancer.

My Lunch today

Romaine Lettuce + Salmon
I boil the Romaine Lettuce and Salmon with few Sesame Oil

This Lunch provides you with sufficient energy and feeling of satiation. Vegetable contains of high fiber while Salmon brings you high Protein, Omega-3 fatty acids. These 2 ingredients match my needs – high protein and low carb.

Feeling of satiation also a vital element in my meal as it will reduce my motive to eat snack afterwards.

I boil the dish while you can make your own salad with chick breast, satin fish or tuna fish too.
